Training Schedule

Basic Training

Our basic program is designed around the person who doesn’t have any experience. We go at a slower pace to make sure that everyone can understand the techniques. There is no sparring and the physical contact is minimal. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has a good time and learns the basics. This gives everyone a chance to decide whether our gym and training is good fit for them before they take the next step.

Advanced Training

Our advanced program classes are designed for the person who has some functional understanding and is generally familiar with the gym setting. You still don’t need to be a professional fighter to try the advanced program. Students in this class are more accustomed to the gym environment and have extensive time spent training although past experience is not required.
